This private bedroom in a shared home is a perfect option for corporate professionals and travel nurses who are looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay near hospitals and local attractions. The room features a full-sized bed and 55" Smart TV, black out shades and a closet. You will share a large bathroom with double vanities, a full shower and toilet separate from the sink area with one other unit. Each unit has a lock that will have a personalized code to provide privacy and security.

The home is fully fenced with security cameras that you have access to via Alexa. The backyard is huge and features a fire pit and hammock. There is a gated, two car driveway that can be shared between tenants and plenty of street parking. The common areas include the kitchen, living room, and yard to be shared between all tenants.

Guests will have access to their respective bedroom and common areas.

The area is quiet and filled with families and young couples. Many people have been on our street for years, it features newer and older homes. Brand new East River Project is being completed just down the street and you're minutes away from the Buffalo Bayou walk/bike trail.
