Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. It's a family friendly area where everyone knows each other by name. This is an up and coming area with brand new and older homes on the street.

Quick access to I-10, I-45, 290 & 610

This completely gated home is brand new and designed for large groups traveling for fun or work. We tried to think of everything that would make your stay feel as homey as possible. There is an "IG" wall for pictures, smart HDTVs, fast wifi, and a large backyard for your enjoyment.

There are 4 bedrooms, 4 beds (king + queen + two full), a couch, and one air mattress with plenty of space.

The kitchen is fully stocked including pots, pans, plates, utensils, salt & pepper. There are some basic cleaning supplies including a vacuum and broom, washer & dryer and plenty of towels.

Business travelers and those who work from home have access to an office space with a desk equipped with built-in outlets, an ironing board and iron. This can also be a flex space for meditation or reading!

You are 10 min. from the Texas Medical Center, Woman's Hospital, downtown, Toyota Center, Minute Maid, The Heights and many more attractions.

Only 20 min. from Hobby & George Bush Intercontinental Airports

Guest have private access to the entire property.

There are security cameras on the property. We use them to make sure our guests arrive and depart safely. You will also have access to the cameras via Amazon Alexa inside the house.

The area is quiet and filled with families and young couples. Many people have been on our street for years, it features new and older homes. Brand new East River Project is being completed just down the street and you're minutes away from the Buffalo Bayou walk/bike trail.
